I was talking about a yearly CT scan if you have a family history or genetic factors predisposing you but have not been diagnosed. In that way, you can 'catch' it. However, there is debate whether exposure to yearly radiation in a healthy person is a good idea. Its up to each person to decide. I guess if every person had a yearly CT scan of their pancreas, they would catch it so much earlier. However, of course insurance carriers would not pay for that and its very expensive (about 3K to have a CT scan).
