Reality is that many of us are not fat and lazy but lifestyle choices such as processed meats, high sugared foods that have caused obesity and thus made our pancreas work harder have contributed to the huge jump in pc. drinking, soda, alcohol, processed foods, preservatives. Wake up everyone. America is obese, cancer is on the rise, we are what we eat. Some cancers are familial some are environmental and some are diet and lifestyle related. Would you write them in indignation if you smoked and they said smoking conributed? Pick your battles, you'll lose this one
