When you had your last scan, was it of the Chest/abdomen and pelvis? Sometimes doctors order follow-up scans just of the abdomen, and they can miss some common metastases..... like to the lungs or to the spine.

That is a big jump in your CA19-9. Yes, it can be caused by pancreatitis, but if your labs look otherwise normal and your pancreas looked ok on CT, I would ask about a CT of the chest +/- contrast and possibly a PET scan.

But I'm a worry wort. There have been some of us who have creeping numbers before the metastasis is found.
