That doesn't mean that what they said in the article isn't true. ALl they said was that obesity CONTRIBUTES to increased rates. That is not blaming the victim nor is it implying that everyone who gets pc is obese. Its kind of like lung cancer. Smoking increases your risk but lots of people get lung cancer who don't smoke. This doesn't mean they shouldn't still say that ismoking contributes to higher rates
