By 'rising' do you mean still in 'normal' range (0 - 37)? If that is the case I would not be too concerned...the marker can bounce all around.

If the marker is out of range, keep a close eye on it. Infections, and some say pancreatitis, can cause this...

Just stay on top of the situation. I'll pray this is nothing.
