I had my whipple there in 2002 and came back to use their oncology services
in 2008 when my local oncologist left the state.
They alway review the ct-scan with me during the appointment, I always get a
printed copy without having to bug them. The last visit, the report was not
ready (not the doctor's fault) so he emailed me the information the following
day. They check their email and respond. This has been my experience with
their surgeons and oncology doctors so it it across departments.
I've been very please with my care there and would highly recommend them.
