The staffs of some doctors seem disfunctional. I'm still waiting for a scheduler to call. This will be the third time that the doc's nurse told me someone would contact me by a certain date and it hasn't yet happened. (This time to schedule an appointment for a test.) What's going on? Am I dropping off their radar? Hubby says doctor should be responsible for the actions or inaction of his staffers. I'd mention the problem with the doctor but I can't get passed his gatekeeper, his nurse.
