My husband had his Whipple at HUP in 2004. They took very good care of him. Unfortunately, he lost his battle in January, but he did survive 7.5 yrs. with a good quality of life. Also, unfortunately, he also survived his surgeon... I have no idea who are the best surgeons there now...

I would highly recommend you have a consult at Jeff with Dr. Yeo. They say he is one of the best.
