Time to find a palliative care doctor or a psychiatrist in the cancer center to help in depression management.

My mom needed two anti-depressant medications. Adding the second one helped her IMMENSELY. Remember, these docs/nurses are not experts in these medicines.

My mother say her cancer psychiatrist every 2-3 months, more when her mood needed more help. He helped with mood, sleep, and fatigue management. It helped us tremendously.
