Thank you everyone for your responses, kindness, and support. I've been following the board and learn more and more everyday. Les' got rid of the 22 pounds of fluid the hospital pumped in him via Spiranolactone (sp) His pain is being managed, not as well as he would like, but thank G-d the break through pills do relieve his pain. He is eating more than a few bites. His diabetes for the first time is under control. His endocrinogist says he is insulin sensative. His moods are stable..understandable that they will flucuate. Our daughter who is a nurse (22) has come and stayed the day with him so I could go to work.

We have been very blessed that everything moved fast...we will have our follow up at JHH on 3/14; scan and consult. This Thursday will be 2nd chemo in round 2. Side note his official came in on 1/6.

Again thanks for listening, prayers and wonderful thoughts.

Peace to all,

Jilly
