Blood work alone is not enough. Scans have to be clear of any tumors and blood work (specifically CA 19-9) should be in the normal range. Understand that almost nobody has everything 'Normal' at any given time, so you are looking for 'near-normal' across the board with clear scans. If you have any doubt ask your Onc.
