It is good that your loved one received such top-notched care. It isn't always like that. I am not going to name the person who told me this, she died from this horrid disease and those of us on this board then were devastated because she was such a fighter. All I can go by was what she told me and my husband, who was helping her through a lung mets at the time, giving advice on who to go to for a procedure in Florida. Was it true or not? I believed her, I had no reason not to believe her. Bad things happen at good hospitals, trust me, I know. I have found sometimes on this board that when things go according to how one wants it to then everything is good but the second something happens, it could not possibly be from so and so or that place. To be naming doctors when someone has a bad outcome is just wrong. You do not know the entire story and one has a tendency to look through colored glasses when things don't go right and also when things do go right. Just sayin.....
