my pharmacist told me that the ondansetron was a sub for zofran and in fact it say 'Sub ZOFRAN ODT' on the label. the pills are a different size and as i stated earlier, the 'generic' pills taste chalky.

i found this when searching on line for more info.

Ondansetron (Generic Zofran®) Usage, Directions, Indication and Instructions • Ondansetron (Generic Zofran®) is used to prevent nausea and vomiting caused by cancer chemotherapy, radiation therapy and surgery. • Before taking Ondansetron (Generic Zofran®), you have to tell your doctor if you have liver disease, or a personal or family history of Long QT syndrome.
