when we were doing radiation, platlets were very low and chemo was almost stopped. now, four weeks post whipple, platlets are high-altho within normal range( very top of the range) does anyone know why this might be and if it is of concern.did others have high platlets several weeks after surgery? i am wondering if it may be related to the diretics that were given post surgery . hard to know when to worry......
