Yes, natural sugars. My husband loves orange juice so I fresh squeeze it every day. It doesn't have tons of added sugars. Refined sugars spike your glucose. Anyway, I swore I was off this board a week ago, the name calling by ANONYMOUS just gets worse and worse and it appears that since my opinion is not theirs I'm put down by anonymous since they never put their names to any posts. I printed off all of these and brought them to our Cancer nutritionist who shook his head and said to do what we are doing because it is working. Just had a tumor marker test for my husband on Friday and it is LOW normal. I'd just like to know what the defense of garbage foods is all about. I wouldn't give our grandson garbage foods and he'd rather eat a peice of broccoli than have candy. He hasn't been conditioned that junk food is a reward or solace if your sad or sick. We can only control ourselves, obviously you can't stop people from eating or SPEAKING garbage. Take care
