First, I am so sorry you are going through this...

Everyone has to make their own choices, but I can confidently assure you that eating healthy will not shrink any tumor. Also, a tumor on the tail of the pancreas doesn't present with the same symptoms as a tumor on the head...which quite often blocks the bile duct and causes jaundice, etc.

I'm glad your sister has minimal symptoms, but the only way to possibly shrink this tumor is with chemo or chemo/radiation, and even then, it may not work. Also pancreas cancer can spread to other organs quite fast...it's a vicious cancer. You must move quickly.

Has your sister seen a doctor? What is the doctor saying?

Also, please read everything at the top of the page in blue to educate yourself.

My thoughts and prayers and with your both.

Pat
