My doctors told me to eat a normal 'healthy' diet, and not to skip anything that I like (Whipple, stage IIb). I suppose for 'healthy' you should take your best guess at the moving average of the last 30 years or so of 'wisdom' in this field... but it's still what your mom already told you: variety of foods, eat your vegetables, etc.

Please don't punish yourself with flax seed and cottage cheese (unless you really like them). You never did anything that bad, after all.

Best of luck & God bless, --mark
