I am interested in hearing from others that are at risk in getting this. One of my parents died from pc, and I have been dx as having chronic pancreatits. I have scans once a year and they have not shown abnormalities, not even the pancreatits. My diagnosis has been made based off of labs and symptoms.

I am wondering if anyone on this board is also at risk and what your drs have recommended in terms of ' watching' your pancreas, also how you manage your fears when your symptoms increase. When my symptoms get worse ( pains, severe indigestion, constipation and oiled stools) I can't help but fear perhaps it could be pc, of course at the same time I am not going to run to my dt nonstop so I internalize it. I've read back on posts and have seen some ppl that have expressed the same fears.

Wishing all a blessed year forward
