My husband had a complete blockage (recurrence)in the last couple months. His surgeon (who originally did his pancreatectomy) put in a G-tube ~ to empty the stomach and allow him to continue to drink and eat soft food... although it comes right out. He also put in a J-tube which allows is for nutrition. He is fed totally with a 'pre-digested' formula' and is hooked up to a pump 16 hours a day. Not the ideal situation but a HUGE relief from when his stomach wouldn't empty. I would suggest seeing a surgeon right away.
