This is the email we got from Dr. Fine:

Days 1 and 8- irinotecan 70 mg/ m2 iv followed cisplatin-25 mg/ m2 and Cyclophosphamide-250mg/m2 IVP. Then next two weeks off. If the cytoxan or cisplatin isn't well tolerated try mitomycin-C at 5 mg/m2 once on day 1 only and bleomycin-10 units total once on day1 and day 8.

So I guess if the cytoxan (Cyclophosphamide) or Cisplatin are to be taken out of the mix then mitomycin and/or bleomycin will be added. That brings us back to ICBM? I was surprised by the new mix as well. I hope you and Carole have a Happy Healthy New Year. Cathy
