Pancreas Cancer

My mom has stage IV. She is going chemo and has done a few cycles. She had a nerve block and that brought the pain level down one or two levels. She's been taking pain killers and for the last week, she stopped taking them. She has some slight pain but it's manageable and occasionally she'll have sharpe pains. I hope this means that the tumors are shrinking?

Anyone ever experience this?
