Having been here for such a long time, I have read so many complaints about death certificate that don't list pc as the cause of death at all, but lists the complication as the primary cause of death. The loved one left behind usually brings this up and is very very upset because they feel that everything that they suffered for however many months has been marginalized. The other thing is that it totally under reports all pc stats. That is might be where the real necessity is to get it right. Is a stroke from a pc blod clot the cause or the pc itself. Just getting the doctors to get it right might make a correction in pc reporting.
