This may offend some of you but, that is not my intent. This week I handled 2 individuals who died of PC of some type. When filling out the DC, I was drawn to what I feel is a problem and that was the stated cause simply said Pancreatic Cancer on both of them.
We all know that is a pretty broad cause of death. One of the problems in learning to treat all conditions is gathering data that can be relied upon to determine criteria about progression, symptoms, treatments, ect...
I am calling both Dr.'s today to express my opinion about their lack of details and what I feel are the impacts of same. Bad or incomplete statistical data thrown into the mix does nothing good for anyone in the fight.
I encourage those here that are medical Dr.'s to PLEASE be specific when listing causes of death, not matter what it is.
Thanks, thoughts and prayers,
Michael-PA
