Pancreatic cancer

Aged 56, female, no previous health issues. NO risk factors at all for pancreatice cancer. Diagnosed 3 months ago after weeks of severe abdominal pain - misdiagnosed as high BP by first GP. Second opinion, CAT scan showed inoperable tumour. First oncologist I saw gave me 12 months - second opinion again - my current oncologist won't put a time on it. Started chemotherapy with gemcitibine and since then weight has come back on, pain has completely disappeared and I'm feeling so much better and stronger.I take a cocktail of pain meds each day but they do not appear to be affecting me badly. See myself as very fortunate although am angry at the way life has turned out. Not ready to die yet.
