My girlfrind, age 50 was diagnosed 18 mo ago with bile duct cancer. She elected not to due chemo and radiation because the statistics show that it is not effective on this kind of cancer, so she did not want to be sick from treatment. Instead she has undergone 3 seperate treatments of PDT therapy Photo dynamic light therapy. It has been keeping the tumer at bay along with regular stent replacements every three months. So far so good we hope this continues untill something new comes along.
