Dear Traci, I know what you mean, my own dad was diagnosed just 5 weeks ago with inoperable PC, he's been given just a few months. My partner and I have decided to get married so he can walk me down the aisle (we get married at the end of October). I'm hoping he will be strong enough physically, he's losing weight quickly and is now on morphine, yet through it all he is the one with the strength. He's the strong one. I know in my heart that when its needed I will be there for him to give him the strength and support that he has given me over the years, for I am my dad's daughter. My thoughts and prayers are with you Traci, and I know that if your dad is like mine you will find that inner strength to be strong for him. Talk to him. Listen to your heart. Laugh, cry and enjoy the time that is left with this wonderful man, your dad. My thoughts are with you. Denise.
