I recently bought a home outside Phoenix and was looking for some like-minded, hopeful, problem solvers who might have a line on good P C treatment centers and P C Specialists in the Phoenix area. We are currently in Florida and Adrian had his treatment, Whipple, and post-Whipple follow up at M D Anderson. However, 2 years out from the Whipple, he has lung mets, mets on 2 ribs, and on his lower pelvic (iliac) bone. He is getting his chemo here in Pensacola, and we go to M D Anderson every 3 months for follow up and re-staging, if necessary. I am not at all wild about this center here, a little forgetful...forgot to give him his Zometa infusion last time, and unorganized. I don't like it when I feel like I know more than they do and that they aren't up to date on treatments, etc. Anyway, I would like to get in contact with someone out there in the Phoenix area...preferably with an M D Anderson affiliated clinic.
