we were met with the same resistance and frustrations. because of lymph node
involvement, no one would pursue anything too radical. my dad could not get a
whipple, had chemotherapy...also did cyberknife but it did not help. i heard
that a friend's friend who went to china had a radical procedure and is still
alive after 10 years. seems like people like steve jobs or if you have a lot
of resources may be able to battle these cancers a little better. def seek a
second opinion. keep hoping. sorry to hear about this. go to NCI and CTCA.
