How exciting that he will get to have the Whipple. I guess it wasn't stage 4? Prayers your way for that surgery and a cure.

It seems like everything we do adds another problem. Can't eat because of pain, start narcotics for pain, gets to eat again, oops, constipation from the narcotics, take laxatives, get diarrhea, start chemo, get really tired and take anti-nauseau medicine, oops causes constipation....I know you know. It does seem like chemo has improved as far as side effects go, something to be grateful for.
