At JHH a radiologist read the scans and felt confident that there was no spread. At Thomas Jefferson, the surgical consult involved the surgeon looking at the scans taken at JHH last week. The surgeon said that he thought he may have seen a spot. He acknowledged that his 'read' may not be as accurate as the radiologist since that is not his 'job', but he wanted us to know that he felt a spot was there on one slice of the scan. So...now we just wait for the radiology dept. to read it again at JHH.
