Thanks for your input.

It looks like MD anderson doesn't have one specific faculty member/expert who always looks at pancreatic cancer biopsies (in our case, a liver biopsy of a met). Instead, it is the 'doctor on call' for GI that week who looks at it. I'm sure that person is very good, but I was a little surprised they didn't go straight to the expert.

Johns Hopkins said they give it to Dr. Hrubin to read, who is their pancreas expert in pathology.

At least that was the info I got when I called their pathology departments.
