Everyone reacts different to chemo - but if they plan is to take Xeloda with radiation; my husband had really no side effects from Xeloda (be sure you take 100 mg of B6 and use Udderly Smooth cream to prevent neuropathy) and radiation made him slightly more tired at the end of 5 weeks. Good Luck.
