Thank you for taking the time to reply. The tears are still running down my face...I am so sorry that you had to endure such pain. My husband drove back to the doctor the afternoon after the prognosis and got larazapam for me. I took it for awhile then decided to buck up and handle things without - for now. We just returned home from our youngest son's play, he is an actor, and we had a nice dinner and wonderful time watching the performance. Yet, as I am sure you know, the thought goes through my head while we are having the wonderful time - is this the last show we will see our son at? Is this the last dinner out? We own and operate a dog boarding facility so 'walk the dogs' every day, and also knowing there will come a time when he can't. For you to write the hardships to come, meant so much to me as it must have been so difficult to remember those times. I know I will be doing the same and I know that with such little sleep, I will probably not be an angel - though I will try as you did. Thank you, I am not alone. It is hard sometimes because others, not in the situation, try to say that they know how I must feel when I know that they have no idea. Because I never knew how painful, really painful to the depth of your soul, until I received the news. My heart always went out to families, but it was never close to home. God Bless You for reaching out and helping me and may Peace Be With You.
