You have some very specific and serious symptoms, particularly the central and back pain, englarged gallbladder, feelings of fullness and loss of weight are quite concerning. I am surprised that none of the doctors have suggested scheduling you for an ERCP, given your symptoms. Are you experiencing any vomiting as well? This could be severe pancreatitis, or something more serious like PC or celiac disease. Keep looking for another gastro doc, one who is more plugged in and ready to get to the bottom of what is going on. The referral process can be a pain in the butt, as doctors tend to value each others' opinions above that of patients, but don't let this discourage you. Keep on this until you find someone who is ready to roll up his or her sleeves and get to work. Best of luck to you.
