Hi, my fiance is being treated with gemzar, he has had minimal nausea, no hair loss, but some other stuff he cant put his finger on. this pain and that feeling and generally tired and just feeling wonky.and is also on the 3 weeks on one week off, is going into his 4th session now.and was offered 6 months initally, there will be a scan after this session to determine how treatment is going. every week they do bloods to test whether chemo will go ahead the next day, so far he has had it all the time. he is more advanced though and the gemzar in his case is to keep the cancer from progressing, rather than shrink it. i wish you all the very best with it.
