Oh Jodi, I am so very sorry that you are at this stage. I lost my most beloved dad in January from this horrible beast, and I know exactly what you are going through this moment. We went from the coma, labored breathing, to the final stages of shallow breathing and just a peaceful passing. We had all slept by my dad's side for the past 3 nights as we needed to be there when he passed. I never in my wildest dreams thought I could live through such a time, but it was a peaceful and beautiful moment throughout all the tears. I so hope that you can be there when he passes, it is something that although so difficult, you will be glad that you were part of. Let's think, when a new baby comes into the world there are many there to welcome them, well it should be the same when we leave this world. Be at peace and my thoughts are with you.
