I would pursue anti-depressants - after reading many posts on this board regarding how common depression is with PC and how helpful the antidepressants were for many people, I broached the subject with my dad's oncologist in front of my dad (Stage IV mets to liver) - his reply was ' your dad does not seem depressed to me' and dismissed the idea. 5 weeks later my dad was seriously depressed and subsequently entered hospice, so it was too late. I still fume when I think of this conversation, as I feel that the last 6 -8 weeks of my dad's life could have been easier for him...

PS: the same oncologist also dismissed ritalin and marinol both of which have helped other PC patients.
