You said you met with your oncologist. Do you also have a follow-up appointment scheduled with your surgeon? I would definitely want to hear what the surgeon has to say about your scan.

You can also request a copy of your surgical and pathology reports from the hospital, as well as your latest CT report. I presume you had a CT before surgery, this should serve as a baseline for comparing all subsequent scan images.

Also, did you have an octreoscan before surgery? This has been the most accurate and sensitive scanning technique for monitoring recurrence of my NET.
