Well, mom had her first treatment today. She is taking Gemsar. She did really well thru it. Didn't have any nausea or anything. When we got home she sat for awhile, because she was a little tired, then got up ate dinner and ate very good! A little later this evening she started itchin like crazy. No hives or rashes or red spots. Is that because of the chemo? She started on Oxycontin yesterday for the pain, didn't know if that can cause it. But, she has made it thru her first treatment.
