I think several people have posted accurate information about the numerous issues. Keep in mind how individual everything is. My wife has done remarkably well with chemo as her only option. She was diagnosed in April 2009 and is still very active and feeling pretty good. Fatigue leading to daily naps is the worst thing right now. So even if there is no cure, there are tolerable treatments that do good things for some people. Enjoy each day as a gift and keep postive. My best to you and your whole family - carl
