I was wondering how you find a neuroendocrine expert? My oncologist specializes in gastrointestinal, but I don't know about the neuroendocrine part. Is it rude to plain out ask him his level of knowledge? Had whipple earlier this year. He did some tests, said there wasn't any cancer cells left and is now doing scans every 3 months (my first one is next month). Should I be doing some sort-of treatment just as a precaution?
