If someone has done any amount of research on this cancer and is still concerned about losing hair or mood swings as their first inquiry, then it is appropriate, in my opinion, to inject reality. I agree with the first two posters.

We get enough flowery information from docs who have no idea what they are doing, obviously the first two posters have been thru this in some form or another and they are right to be blunt.
