You are by no means alone. Many people have found that depression is a part of pc and that therapy along with meds is often required to help get through the dark places. Being one of the lucky ones who have had surgery doesn't mean that you will not have a recurrence, as you know, but living your life in fear of that is no way to live. Find yourself a good therapist who will prescribe an anti-depressant as well as listen to you and you will be well on your way to solving this particular problem.

Good luck and let us know how you're doing.
