Hi all

Just wanting to hear from people who have PC with smv/sma involvement? Moms PC is a 4.8 x 2.8cm mass in the uncinate process of the pancreas (it was at first and has now just slightly shrunk after about 6 weeks later from radiation) and based on the report the mass appears to encase the superior meseteric artery. (Stage 3) We are getting a second opinion next week regarding surgery since first one said no way. Im curious to hear from those of you with similar circumstances. Good and bad news is welcome--please don't hold back. It's better for us to be informed :)
