The first diagnostic sign of my PC was enlargement of the tail of the pancreas. Then they did a biopsy under the ct-scan which confirmed adenocarcinoma. Try to have the tests done as soon as possible and make sure you're dealing with a specialist who has plenty of experience in pancreatic cancer. Time is of the essence. All my best to you.
