Hopkins is the only place that experiments with 'vaccine' as far as I know. The original requirements for entering the program are as you stated, but there are others who did not have resection at Hopkins and still got the vaccine.

You want to evaluate all your options. Keep in mind that the word 'vaccine' comes with particular associations. There are many genetic variations of PC and if yours is just the right genetic profile the vaccine should do well for you.
