I really hate to be a downer, but my dad's CA19 went down significantly, we were all so excited, but he passed just 2 weeks later. I am only saying this as we had so much hope and when the end came so quickly, we just were not prepared. I have always lived with the glass more than half full, but after losing my dad so quickly, I know that you just can't even begin to second guess this beast!
