The person was relating good news. They are thankful for it and just want to share. Others are offering their support.

If you mean the CA-19-9, this is a blood test that is a tumor marker for PC. If it goes down then there is less tumoral activity. If it goes up it can mean the cancer is active and on the move. The lower the CA- 19-9 the better.
