It says *end stage* PC. Do you know what end stage means?

You know what the hardest moment was for me, as a caregiver? That moment that my mom's false hope was blown to hell. The moment she realized there truly was nothing more to do and that she was dying. She panicked. I feel nauseated just delving into the memory of it. She had a full blown, hyperventilating panic attack as she sobbed and asked over and over again why the doctor had said this or that (the false hope statements) because now she was dying and didn't have time to wrap her mind around it. This was just days before she passed. I wouldn't choose that nightmare path for anyone I loved. If it's end stage, it's time for comfort measures.
