Ultrasound isn't very good for visualizing the pancreas. A CT scan would be preferable.

There are many many things which can cause abdominal discomfort/GI symptoms and are more common than pancreatic cancer. I would strongly recommend that you resist letting your mind fixate on the possibility of PC without some clearer indication that you could have it. That way lies insanity, and possibly a missed diagnosis of something else.
